At Thirdmap, we sell digital products, including high-resolution natural stone textures and 3D assets. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the download has been made available.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, selecting the wrong resolution, software incompatibility, or if the product is no longer needed after purchase.
However, we want every customer to receive the product they purchased correctly. If there is a technical issue with your download, a missing file, a corrupted file, or if the product is significantly different from its description, please contact us at info@thirdmap.au within 14 days of purchase. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, technical assistance, store credit, or a refund.
To help us assess your request, please include your order number, the product name, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or files.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
